The Chat Lab is a private pay practice. Rates are simple, consistent, and designed to reflect high quality, individualized care. Superbills are available for families who wish to seek out-of-network reimbursement.

Therapy Sessions

  • Focused, efficient sessions ideal for younger children or targeted goals.

  • The most common session length, offering time for direct intervention and parent communication.

  • Extended sessions for children who benefit from additional support or more complex goals

Evaluations

  • Includes a detailed parent interview, standardized and informal testing, speech and language sampling, functional observations, and a written report with clear recommendations.

IEP Advocacy & School Based Support

  • Support may include document review, meeting preparation, communication with school teams, and attendance at IEP meetings (virtual or in person when available).

    Families receive a clear estimate before services begin.

Payment is due at the time of service. Superbills are provided upon request for families seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
